Ana Sofía Acosta Alvarado fera une présentation intitulée ‘Mapping the democratic outreach of the commons’.

 In a very large way, we can define the commons as shared resource by a community, moreover, they also reference the system put in practice to manage the interactions of the members of the community regarding the resource in order to assure its sustainability. The issue of defining the concept and highlighting main features of the commons became central in as it provides keys for expanding opportunities for a new narrative of the commons, among those, the relationship between commons and Democracy. The aim of the presentation is to explore how the framework of the commons could foster the emergence of a new democratic paradigm. Framing the debate on the crisis of democracy will set the starting point on a thought experiment on the outreach of the commons.
