Décès d’Olivier Weinstein

Nous avons appris avec une grande tristesse le décès d’Olivier Weinstein. Membre du CEPN, il était professeur émérite. Ses travaux sur l’entreprise, l’innovation, la construction des marchés et plus récemment sur les communs font autorité. Il est de ceux qui ont non seulement animé le laboratoire en dirigeant un axe de recherche mais il a aussi largement contribué à faire ce que le CEPN est aujourd’hui et nous lui en sommes redevables.

Working Paper n°2019-05 – Least Impulse Response Estimator for Stress Test Exercises – Christian Gouriéroux and Yang Lu

We introduce new semi-parametric models for the analysis of rates and proportions, such as proportions of default, (expected) loss-given-default and credit conversion factor encountered in credit risk analysis. These models are especially convenient for the stress test exercises demanded in the current prudential regulation. We show that the Least Impulse Response Estimator, which minimizes the estimated effect of a stress, leads to consistent parameter estimates. En s’appuyant sur les techniques de cartographie, en se basant sur l’analyse textuelle et l’analyse des réseaux de citations nous avons analysé le développement de la thématique de la crise économique. L’objectif est de montrer dans un premier temps les courants de pensée et les auteurs influents. Dans un second temps comprendre son évolution à travers le temps.
